The PWM-Food Services: Food Safety Course Level 1 (Refresher) is a specialized 4.5-hour program designed for individuals who have previously completed food safety training and are seeking to refresh their knowledge and skills. This course is ideal for food service professionals who need to stay updated with the latest safety protocols and hygiene standards in food handling.
This module is designed to equip learners with the skills and knowledge in following food & beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures and be able to apply them at the workplace
After attending the course, learners will be able to:
