This module is designed to equip learners with the skills and knowledge to understand trending information and communication technologies (ICT) in the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry
After attending the course, learners will be able to:
- Understand new technologies changing the dynamic F&B landscape
- Identify organisational technology needs and requirements
- Plan technology adoption roadmap
- Introduce technology
- Identify information security
- Monitor initial usage and ensure technology is adopted appropriately
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Upper secondary academic qualification and above or be able to speak, listen and read English (WPLN Level 5)
