Course Information

This module is designed to equip learners with the skills and knowledge to understand trending information and communication technologies (ICT) in the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry

After attending the course, learners will be able to:

  • Understand new technologies changing the dynamic F&B landscape
  • Identify organisational technology needs and requirements
  • Plan technology adoption roadmap
  • Introduce technology
  • Identify information security
  • Monitor initial usage and ensure technology is adopted appropriately
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Upper secondary academic qualification and above or be able to speak, listen and read English (WPLN Level 5)
