Business Opportunities Development – Grow Further Faster (Synchronous E-Learning)

Course Information

This module is designed to equip learners with the skills and knowledge to prioritize business opportunities and channel partnership options based on the assessment of external opportunity and internal capability factors, to develop go to market plans with specific goals and metrics to track progress, to position the offering in a way that is aligned with the customer needs and differentiates it from the competition, to develop programs to generate demand and implement initiatives to attract, mature, close and retain customers, to implement performance indicators to measure performance and manage short- and long-term expectations with channel partners.

After attending the course, learners will be able to:

  • Identify opportunity assessment and prioritization
  • Perform Go-to-Market planning
  • Analyse positioning and differentiation
  • Demand generation and fulfilment
  • Implement measuring performance
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • At least secondary school education and above or be able to speak, listen and read English (WPLN Level 4)
  • Work experience of at least 3 years.
