This module is designed to equip learners with the skills and knowledge to understandstakeholders and managetheir expectations andrequirements, analysestakeholders’ feedback andresolve potential conflictswhich may arise, and cultivatestakeholder relationshipswhile managing projecttimelines.
After attending the course, learners will be able to:
- Determine specificinterests, expectationsand influence of stakeholdersand facilitate networkingopportunities
- Determine projectexpectations and developearly engagement plans to managestakeholders’ expectations andrequirements
- Analyseand interpret collatedstakeholder feedback usingappropriate analysis techniques
- Addressmismatched expectationsof stakeholders and project teamsand facilitate the alignmentof expectations
- Build relationshipswith relevant stakeholdersthroughout project lifecyclesaccording to stakeholdermanagement plans
- Utilize projectmanagement techniquesto ensure that stakeholders areconstantly updated to meetproject objectives
- At least 21 years old;
- At least secondary school education;
- Able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Workplace Literacy Level (WPL Level 4)
