This module is designed to equip learners with the skills and knowledge to understand software quality assurance and the various phases, process, and tools in software testing. Understanding the difference between manual and automated testing and differentiate between functional and non-functional testing types.
After attending the course, learners will be able to identify and understand :
- Introduction of Software Quality Assurance and Management (SQAM)
- Testing Life Cycle
- Introduction of Traceability Matrix
- Introduction of Test Case Design, Execution Procedures and Test Result Analysis
- Setting up test environment
- Introduction of defect management
- Common software defects
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Upper secondary academic qualification and above or be able to speak, listen and read English (WPLN Level 4)
