This module is designed to equip learners with the skills and knowledge on how to project a positive and professional image and go the extra mile in providing excellent service and transfer learning to the workplace.

After attending the course, learners will be able to:

  • Project a professional image and persona
  • Deliver go the extra mile service which exceeds customer expectations
  • Recognize customer demographics and their needs and expectations
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills when interacting with customers
  • Recognize customer’s preferred choices based on their profile
  • Escalate feedback on areas of improvement to enhance customer satisfaction
  • At least 18 years old
  • Have at least secondary 2 school education
  • Be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Workplace Literacy Level (WPLN Level 3)
