The PWM-Retail: Service Challenges course is a dynamic 8-hour program designed to help professionals tackle the common challenges faced in the retail service environment. Through practical learning and role-playing scenarios, participants will understand how to identify service triggers, respond to service challenges, and effectively handle difficult situations. This course equips learners with the skills to manage customer service challenges and improve service quality in retail settings.
This module is designed to equip learners with the skills and knowledge to develop skills to anticipate and meet customer’s expectations, address service challenges effectively through conflict resolutions and escalate the service complaints to the appropriate stakeholders effectively.
After attending the course, learners will be able to:
- Identify common service challenge triggers in the service environment.
- Recognize different triggers that may lead to potential service challenges.
- Recognize the importance of responding to service challenges and applyservice recovery procedures.
- Identify principles of effective communication to address service challenges.
- Escalate unresolved service challenges using appropriateservice escalation channels.
- At least 18 years old;
- At least secondary school education;
- Able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Workplace Literacy Level (WPL Level 3)
