The PWM-Food Services: Food Safety Course Level 1 (Refresher) Chinese is a specialized 4.5-hour course aimed at food service professionals who need a refresher in food safety. Delivered in Chinese, this course ensures that participants maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and safety within the food industry. With an emphasis on practical learning and up-to-date safety protocols, this course will help refresh critical skills in food handling, storage, and hygiene practices.
This module is designed to equip learners with the skills and knowledge in following food & beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures and be able to apply them at the workplace
