This module is designed to equip learners with the skills and knowledge to develop skills to Cater to the needs and expectations of a diverse range of customers, project the qualities and characteristics of a service professional and effectively communicate and interactwith customers and stakeholders.
After attending the course, learners will be able to:
- Identify the needs and expectations of customers
- Project a professional image and persona of a service professional
- Recognize go-the-extra-mile service to create a positive customer experience
- Demonstrate various methods to exceed customer expectations
- Identify principles of effective communication to provide excellent service
- Escalate feedback and service challenges through appropriate channels
- At least 21 years old;
- • At least secondary school education;
- Able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Workplace Literacy Level (WPL Level 3)
