XpRienz has entered our 3rd S-curve of business growth, building on a legacy of excellence in training, consultancy, and skill development.
1st S-Curve – Food Safety & Consultancy (2004–2010)
Founded in Singapore in 2004, XpRienz initially operated F&B establishments and provided consultancy in food hygiene, cafe design, and food safety audits for schools and food businesses. We were one of the NEA-accredited Basic Food Hygiene providers before June 2007. By August 2007, we achieved WDA ATO status to offer the WSQ Food Hygiene Course, and in 2009 became a Singapore Workforce Development SPUR Approved Training Organization.
2nd S-Curve – Expanding Courses & Training Services (2011–2017)
In 2011, XpRienz expanded our consultancy services to other ATOs and established new training organizations. We introduced courses in service excellence, baking, floristry, and lifestyle enrichment, becoming the most active food safety training provider in Singapore. Training volumes grew 300% compared to our early years.
3rd S-Curve – International Growth & Digital Learning (2018–Present)
Since 2018, we have expanded XpRienz training internationally, establishing centres in India and Vietnam. We also launched Digital and Ventures programmes, and continue to grow our offerings in skills development, professional training, and personal growth courses across multiple markets.
