This module is designed to equip learners with the skills and knowledge to develop skills to anticipate and meetcustomer's expectations, address service challenges effectivelythrough conflict resolutions and escalate the service complaints to the appropriate stakeholders effectively.
After attending the course, learners will be able to:
- Identify common service challenge triggers in theservice environment.
- Recognize different triggers that may lead to potentialservice challenges.
- Recognize the importance of responding to service challenges and applyservice recovery procedures.
- Identify principles of effective communication to address service challenges.
- Escalate unresolved service challenges using appropriateservice escalation channels.
- At least 18 years old;
- At least secondary school education;
- Able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Workplace Literacy Level (WPL Level 3)
