The Prepare Macaroons course is an 18-hour practical training program designed for baking enthusiasts and pastry chefs who want to master the delicate art of making macaroons. This course will guide learners through each step, from preparation to presentation, ensuring they can produce macaroons with the perfect texture and flavor.
This module is designed to equip learners with the skills and knowledge in making macaroons product. It also includes the types and uses of baking tools, equipment and ingredients.
After attending the course, learners will be able to:
- Identify Macaroons Basics
- Identify Macaroons Mise-en-Place
- Identify Macaroons Preparation and Baking Process
- Ensure Quality of Prepared Macaroons
- Adhere to Hygiene & Food and Workplace Safety Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Have at least secondary 2 school education
- Be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employ ability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Workplace Literacy Level (WPLN Level 4)
