This module is designed to equip learners with the skills and knowledge to assess different channels and the opportunity they represent based on the assessment of external opportunity and internal capability factors, to assess the viability of online channels both for generating leads as well as for driving sales growth, to define brand communication guidelines and marketing plans to ensure message consistency across channels, to develop incentive schemes and performance tracking frameworks with indicators to measure the performance of online and offline channel sales and the effectiveness of the incentives.

After attending the course, learners will be able to:

  • Identify channel assessment and prioritization 
  • Perform channel Strategy & Planning 
  • Analyse channel management 
  • Monitor performance tracking
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • At least secondary school education and above or be able to speak, listen and read English (WPLN Level 4)
  • Work experience of at least 3 years.
