This module is designed to equip learners with the skills and knowledge to identify new business opportunities through systematic innovation strategies to better meet the needs of existing markets and bring benefits to the organisation.
Develop and implement a strategy to plan for going-to-market adequately and systematically, forecasting of business growth and associate resource budgeting. Manage, maintain, and grow stakeholder relationships. This includes in-depth stakeholder engagement, relationship-building and provision of quality insights to address stakeholder needs effectively, and influence business decisions by applying psychological persuasion and capturing visual attention.
After attending the course, learners will be able to identify and understand :
- Introduction of new and emerging business innovation
- Concepts of business digitisation and digitalisation
- Opportunities for business innovation
- Success factors for business innovation
- Implementation plans for business innovation
- At least 21-years-old
- At least Secondary School education
- Able to speak, listen, and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Workplace Literacy Level (WPLN Level 4)
