This module is designed to equip learners with the skills and knowledge to appreciate and explain the need for business environment analysis process, the need for stakeholder management and business need in project management.
After attending the course, learners will be able to :
- Identify business environmental analysis
- Understand stakeholder management
- Identify business needs analysis
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Upper secondary academic qualification and above or be able to speak, listen and read English (WPLN Level 4)
