This module is designed to equip learners with the skills and knowledge to prioritize accounts based on external opportunities and internal capabilities, and define the high level strategies to develop the account, to define the key solutions needed to address the problems and needs identified, and to propose new solutions to be developed in the future, to position the offering in a way that differentiates it from the competition and is aligned with the customer´s needs, to measure performance of a portfolio of accounts and include the findings into the next year plans and incentive structures.

After attending the course, learners will be able to:

  • Identify account prioritization and portfolio strategies
  • Perform account planning 
  • Analyse account sales 
  • Measure performance and satisfaction review
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • At least secondary school education and above or be able to speak, listen and read English (WPLN Level 4)
